Privacy Policy

CondoShades is a referral service that connects condo residents with independent window-treatment professionals. This page explains what information we collect when you request an estimate and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you submit the estimate request form, we collect:

• Your contact details: first and last name, phone number and email address
• Your building or condo name
• Your ZIP code
• The window-treatment types you are interested in
• Any optional notes you choose to include about your windows

Information collected automatically

To understand how visitors find us, the form also sends basic website and marketing attribution along with your request. This can include the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, and campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term). This attribution is kept in your browser for the current session only so it can be included with your request.

We may also use privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics to understand overall site traffic.

How your information is used

Your information is used to respond to your estimate request and to arrange your window-treatment consultation. When you submit the form, your request is delivered to us as a notification so we can follow up.

Your information may be shared with independent window-treatment professionals for the purpose of responding to your estimate request, including contacting you, scheduling an in-home measurement and preparing a quote. Those professionals are independent businesses and are responsible for how they handle information in their own operations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use third-party technology providers to host this website and deliver form notifications. They process information only as needed to provide those services.

Your choices

Submitting the form is voluntary and does not obligate you to purchase anything. If you would like us to stop contacting you about your request, or have questions about the information you submitted, email us at hello@condoshades.com.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
