Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use condoshades.com. By using the website or submitting an estimate request, you agree to them.

What CondoShades is

CondoShades is a referral and connection service. We connect condo residents with independent, local window-treatment professionals who can provide in-home measurements and estimates.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, CondoShades does not itself manufacture, sell, measure or install window treatments.

Independent professionals

The professionals you are connected with are independent businesses, not employees or agents of CondoShades. They are solely responsible for their own quotes, products, measurements, installation, warranties and services, and for any agreement you choose to make with them.

We encourage you to review any professional's proposal, terms and qualifications before making a decision.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates, product options and final pricing are determined by the independent service provider. The initial in-home measurement and estimate are offered at no cost to you. Information on this website is general and does not guarantee that a particular product or configuration is available or suitable for your windows.

No obligation

Submitting an estimate request does not obligate you to purchase anything.

Your submission

Please provide accurate information so a specialist can reach you. By submitting the form, you agree that we and the independent professional handling your request may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, CondoShades is not responsible for the products, workmanship or services of independent professionals, or for any agreement between you and them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
